A residential development located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, featuring an extensive amenity offering and multi-floor shared circulation spaces designed to support a high level of resident use.

Millwork for this project encompassed a wide range of public and amenity interiors, beginning at the main lobby with slat walls, reception desk millwork, wall panel systems, and mailroom elements. Amenity spaces throughout the building were supported with custom millwork packages for social lounges, screening and media rooms, fitness and yoga studios, game and party rooms, kids’ spaces, business and coworking areas, laundry and pet spa rooms, and associated support spaces. Scope included wall panel systems, integrated cabinetry, benches and banquettes, shelving, pantry and sink cabinetry, acoustic panels, and feature elements executed in a coordinated material palette.

Beyond the primary amenity floors, millwork extended into the building’s circulation areas with wall panel and ribbed wood panel systems installed throughout the residential hallways from the second through eighth floors, including elevator lobby feature panels and metal accents above elevator doors. These elements were executed to ensure durability and material continuity across high-traffic areas, reinforcing a cohesive interior experience throughout the building.
