About this project
A waterfront residential development located along the East River in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, comprising approximately 799,000 square feet and 233 residential units. The building offers expansive river and skyline views and features a contemporary architectural approach anchored by thoughtfully designed shared spaces and amenities.
Our team delivered custom architectural millwork throughout the building’s primary public and amenity areas, including the main lobby and reception spaces, resident lounges, coworking and social areas, and supporting amenity environments. Scope included feature walls, integrated cabinetry, millwork cladding, and custom-built elements executed with clean detailing and durable finishes appropriate for high-traffic residential use.
Millwork was carried consistently across multiple floors to create a cohesive resident experience, with close coordination to align with the overall architectural and interior design intent. The completed work reinforces the project’s upscale character while balancing functionality, warmth, and long-term performance.
