An amenity-focused residential project located in Jamaica, Queens, centered on a curated collection of shared interior spaces designed to support recreation, wellness, and family-oriented use.

Millwork scope for this project included custom-built elements across multiple amenity areas. Work encompassed corridor tables, yoga room shelving, recreation room benches and shelving, business center booth seating and tables, and a range of children’s room features including shelving, freestanding play structures, and chalkboard framing. Each element was fabricated to integrate cleanly within the surrounding architectural framework and withstand daily use.

Additional scope included a lobby greenery wall installation, providing a natural focal element within the building’s common areas. All millwork was executed with durable materials and straightforward detailing appropriate for high-traffic amenity environments.
