About this project
An eight-story residential development located in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, comprising approximately 159 residential units. The building blends modern residential living with neighborhood-scale design, incorporating a full suite of shared amenities and ground-level activation along Atlantic Avenue.
Our team delivered custom architectural millwork throughout the building’s primary public and resident-facing spaces. Scope included the main lobby and reception areas, resident lounges, fitness and amenity spaces, package and bike rooms, and additional shared interior environments. Work featured integrated cabinetry, feature walls, millwork cladding, and custom-built elements designed to withstand daily use while maintaining a refined aesthetic.
Millwork was executed across multiple areas of the building to ensure continuity in material language and detailing, supporting a cohesive resident experience throughout. The completed scope reflects a balance of durability, function, and visual consistency aligned with the project’s architectural and interior design intent.
