A mid-rise residential development located in Upper Manhattan, featuring a highly programmed interior circulation layout and a comprehensive set of resident amenities distributed across multiple levels.

The millwork scope for this project spanned a wide range of public, amenity, and circulation spaces, anchored by extensive corridor wall laminate systems installed from the subcellar through the upper residential floors. Work at the primary and secondary lobbies included wall cladding, a curved reception desk with integrated cabinetry, and mailbox surround framing, establishing a consistent material language at key arrival points.

Amenity spaces were supported through custom millwork packages for coworking and resident lounge areas, incorporating integrated cabinetry, banquette seating, custom tables, shelving, planter millwork, and trim elements. Additional scope included fitness room bench and locker installations, stair trim and wood handrails, pet spa shelving, and laundry room millwork. All components were executed with durable materials and consistent detailing suited for high-traffic residential use.
