A boutique residential development in Williamsburg / East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, featuring a compact but highly articulated set of shared amenities and resident circulation spaces defined by layered materials and custom detailing.

Millwork scope for this project focused on feature-driven public and amenity interiors, beginning at the lobby with ribbed wood wall and ceiling panels, integrated bench seating, focal wall shelving, and mixed wood-and-metal panel systems carried through the main arrival and elevator landing areas. The vestibule and mailroom were supported with coordinated wall panels, shelving, trash cabinetry, metal accents, and mirrored elements, reinforcing a consistent material language across entry spaces.

Amenity areas included custom millwork for the fitness center and resident lounge, incorporating veneer wall and ceiling panels, media and beverage centers, storage units, shelving, and integrated frames. The scope extended into the residential floors with corridor wall panel systems installed from the second through seventh floors, executed with durable finishes and clean detailing to maintain continuity throughout high-traffic circulation areas.
