A 23-story residential rental building located along Fulton Street at the intersection of Fort Greene and Downtown Brooklyn, comprising approximately 128,872 square feet and 163 residential units. The development combines residential living with ground-floor retail and a curated collection of shared amenities that support an active urban lifestyle.
Our team delivered custom architectural millwork throughout the building’s primary public and shared interior spaces. Scope included the main lobby and reception areas, resident lounges, fitness and wellness spaces, business and coworking environments, and extensive typical corridor wall panel systems carried across the residential floors. Work featured integrated cabinetry, feature walls, and custom paneling executed with durable materials and clean detailing appropriate for high-traffic use.
Millwork was coordinated across multiple levels to maintain consistency in finish, proportion, and detailing, reinforcing a cohesive experience from arrival through the residential corridors. The completed work supports both the functional demands and refined character of the building’s shared environments.
