About this project
A coordinated two-building residential development in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, featuring shared amenity programming and a consistent interior material language across both buildings. Millwork scope included lobby and mailroom wall panels, tambour installations, reception elements, and amenity spaces such as coworking areas, lounges, gyms, party and social rooms, and kids’ spaces, along with multi-floor residential hallway wall panel systems carried throughout both structures. Custom cabinetry, seating, shelving, planter elements, and feature wall systems were executed with durable finishes to support high-traffic residential use.
