The scope delivered included custom architectural millwork across key first- and second-floor amenity and support areas. This included millwork packages for the leasing offices, coworking environments—including booth assemblies, panels, slats, and work surfaces—along with feature elements in the fireside lounge such as fireplace wall cladding, a freestanding divider, and wood screen details.

Additional scope included game room and mail room cabinetry and screens, as well as demo kitchen millwork encompassing cabinetry, wall paneling, shelving, and fireplace wall cladding. Restroom millwork packages were also provided across multiple levels, supporting durability and consistent finish quality throughout high-use shared areas.
