A multi-story residential development located in the Mott Haven section of the South Bronx, designed to deliver a comprehensive suite of resident amenities and shared spaces anchored by a highly programmed ground floor.

Our team delivered custom architectural millwork across the building’s primary public, amenity, and circulation areas. Ground-floor scope included the main lobby and elevator lobby feature walls, reception desk, mailroom cladding and islands, coffee lounge millwork, coworking and work room environments, bar and party room cabinetry, yoga room wall cladding, and gym feature slat installations. The work incorporated a combination of laminated wall systems, wood slats, integrated cabinetry, screens, planters, benches, and custom tables.

Millwork scope extended into the residential levels, including typical elevator lobby installations from the 2nd through 13th floors, featuring coordinated planter elements and seating components to maintain material continuity throughout the building. All work was executed with durable finishes and consistent detailing appropriate for high-traffic residential use, reinforcing a cohesive experience across shared interior spaces.
